About GeoMath Poland

Preserving and promoting Poland's rich mathematical heritage

Our Story

GeoMath Poland began in 2016 with a simple mission: to showcase Poland's extraordinary contributions to mathematics and make them accessible to an international audience. Founded by a group of mathematicians, educators, and publishers with deep connections to Polish academic institutions, our company has grown from a small collection of reprinted classics to a comprehensive catalog of both historical and contemporary mathematical works.

Poland has a distinguished mathematical tradition, particularly from the interwar period of the 20th century when the Lwów School of Mathematics (including luminaries like Stefan Banach and Hugo Steinhaus) and the Warsaw School of Mathematics (with Wacław Sierpiński, Kazimierz Kuratowski, and others) flourished and made groundbreaking contributions to various branches of mathematics.

Our goal is to preserve this legacy while connecting it to contemporary mathematics. We work closely with Polish universities, research institutes, and individual mathematicians to identify, translate, and publish works that represent the best of Polish mathematical thought, both historical and current.
