Refund Policy

At GeoMath Poland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1.2 Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging, if possible

Books must not show signs of use, such as bent pages, spine creases, highlighting, or annotations. Any protective shrink wrap or seals must remain intact for specialized or limited edition publications.

1.3 Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be the order confirmation email or order number associated with your purchase.

1.4 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products and e-books
  • Gift cards
  • Special order items (clearly marked as such at the time of purchase)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

2. Return Process

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@geomathpoland.com or call +44 617 658 1365 to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible, or in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Include Information: Include your RMA number, order number, and return form (if provided) inside the package.
  5. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

2.1 Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. The shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you are returning an item because it is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs.

3. Refunds

3.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine if it meets our return criteria. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

3.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit Card Purchases: Refund to the same credit card
  • PayPal Purchases: Refund to your PayPal account
  • Bank Transfer Purchases: Refund to the originating bank account

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3.3 Refund Amount

We will refund the full purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges for the original delivery, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product rather than receive a refund, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exchanged item has a different price than the original purchase:

  • If the new item costs more, we will contact you regarding the payment of the difference.
  • If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@geomathpoland.com or call +44 617 658 1365. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and if possible, photos of the damage or defect.

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs and will either send you a replacement or provide a full refund including the original shipping charges.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe specified above, please check your bank account or credit card statement first. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@geomathpoland.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.

Note: For orders canceled before shipping, we will issue a full refund including any shipping charges.

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Pre-orders and Backorders

For pre-ordered or backordered items, you may cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped and receive a full refund. Once the item has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

8.2 International Returns

For international customers, the same return policy applies, but please note:

  • Return shipping costs may be higher for international returns.
  • You are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the return shipping process.
  • The processing time for international returns may be longer due to shipping and customs clearance.
